Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking.

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Spruce & Linen is not responsible for delays due to customs.

You can track your package via the shipping confirmation email you will receive, and/or by entering you tracking number on the Canada Post website.

USA orders will be delivered by Canada Post’s sister company, USPS, and can be tracked on the USPS website.

Australia & UK orders will be shipped Canada Post and delivered by your local Postal Service.

Once you have received shipping confirmation, Spruce And Linen is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure you enter your information correctly, I want you to receive your package just as much as you do!

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $75 CAD (before taxes) to Canada and the USA.

Canadian orders that qualify for Free shipping will be shipped Expedited Parcel only.

USA orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Tracked Packet-USA for packages under 2kg, or Expedited Parcel for packages over 2kg.

Free shipping threshold promotions may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email and we will try to find a solution together.

Returned & Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

I am not responsible for products lost in the mail, if you want to buy insurance please contact me before placing your order and I will be happy to inform you about the added cost.


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me immediately at All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items, and a photo of the damaged item(s) is required before any solution will be considered.
