All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking.
Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Spruce & Linen is not responsible for delays due to customs.
You can track your package via the shipping confirmation email you will receive, and/or by entering you tracking number on the Canada Post website.
USA orders will be delivered by Canada Post’s sister company, USPS, and can be tracked on the USPS website.
Australia, New Zealand & UK orders will be shipped Canada Post and delivered by your local Postal Service.
Once you have received shipping confirmation, Spruce And Linen is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure you enter your information correctly, I want you to receive your package just as much as you do!
Packages shipping outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free & Flat Rate Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $115 CAD (before tax) or more to Canada and the USA.
Flat shipping rate of $7.50 CAD ($5.50 USD) on orders of $85 CAD-$114.99 CAD (before tax) to Canada and the USA.
Canadian orders that qualify for Free or Flat Rate shipping will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Flat Rate Box (both include tracking).
USA orders that qualify for Free or Flat Rate shipping will be shipped Tracked Packet-USA for packages under 2kg, or Expedited Parcel for packages over 2kg.
Free and Flat Rate shipping threshold promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Returns & Exchanges
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find a solution together.
Returned & Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again (this includes orders that qualified for free shipping).
I am not responsible for products lost in the mail, if you want to buy insurance please contact me before placing your order and I will be happy to inform you about the added cost.
Damages & Missing Items
If you receive an item(s) that is damaged, or an item(s) is missing from your package please contact me immediately at email@example.com. All damages and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date*, and a photo of the damaged and or missing item(s) is required before any solution will be considered.
*Delivery date as shown via the tracking number on the Canada Post website.
