It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained or provided in the course is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may:

Access the Course for your individual use.

Download and/or print any Course materials for your individual use, where allowed within the course.

You may use the methods taught in the Course in your work that you sell, but you may not

share or teach these methods in any part to anyone else.

You May Not:

Re-sell or trade your access to the course.

Share the Course in any part with anyone else who has not yet purchased it.

Reprint any portion of the Course, except as set forth above for your own individual use.

Republish any of the Course, in part or in whole;

Distribute any of the techniques and materials contained in the Course or related materials and/or communications as your own;

Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the Course for distribution as your own work;

Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, patterns, lessons, videos and more.

Use our Course or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).

Lifetime Access

You understand that “lifetime access” is defined as having access so long as Spruce And Linen is operating as a business and is still offering the course. Spruce And Linen reserves the right to terminate the course at any time with written notice at least 2 weeks prior to the closure of the course.

Liability

I agree to release Spruce And Linen from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the Course. By accepting these terms and conditions, I agree to hold Spruce And Linen entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in using hand and power tools. These include but are not limited to injury or damages. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By accepting these terms and conditions I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Spruce And Linen for any reason. In return, I will receive the Course. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on any digital product purchases. All sales are final.
