To Our US Customers

To my US customers: Due to the US government's plan on removing the de-minimis exemption (beginning on August 29, 2025) on goods coming from Canada (meaning everything of any amount could be subject to duties & tariffs), I have paused shipping to the US. I'm truly hoping this will just be a pause until I am able to figure out how all of this will work moving forward.

This is *not* something I want to do, (the majority of my customers are in the US and I am so thankful for all of you!) but, as it sounds like the tariffs will need to be prepaid, I will need time to figure out the correct amount to charge, how to charge it, and any paperwork that may need to accompany the package to prove it.

There is currently a real lack of clarity on this, and I can’t afford to absorb the cost of shipping if the packages get sent back to me due to any of these things being done incorrectly.

I run the shop almost entirely on my own, so it’s difficult to keep up with making looms, packaging and shipping orders, and now the added logistics of these pending tariffs.
